The Training was conducted to provide skills related to leadership and motivation which are essential for field work. The training program was hosted by CEO Shogat Bir Chaudhary while the main resource person Hit Bahadur Thapa delivered the training session on leadership and motivation. The training contents included what leadership is. leadership development, motivation, types of leadership, theories of leadership, and the motivation skills required to be inculcated for leaders in any situation.

Similarly, CEO Shogat Bir Chaudhary also highlighted the essentials of visionary leadership, strategic planning, and teamwork. 

Likewise, senior staff Nep Bahadur Chaudhary discussed about organizational development and obligations of the staff, including ethical values to be maintained.

Similarly, Nirmal Chaudhary discussed about the merits and demerits of staff with some examples.  Met Life agents also discussed about their insurance policies with the participants of the training. Lastly, Kalidash Chaudhary also discussed about new agencies of insurance policies adapted for Banke and Bardia districts.

The training was attended by a total of 75 staff members, including branch managers, accountants and marketing assistants.
