Microfinance Operation Management Training held

June 12, 2024: Dang Ghorahi: Aatmanirbhar LBS has concluded its two days training for its staff on Microfinance Operation Management which was held from Jun 10 to June 11, 2024 in the conference hall of Hotel Pauva in Ghorahi Dang.

Chief Executive Officer Shogat Bir Chaudhary formally inaugurated the training program. The CEO addressed the first training session and gave the staff certain instructions to be implemented in the field in the face of emerging challenges.

The two-day training began with illustrating microfinance branch-by-branch progress reports and updates about non-performance loans and other challenges. Then the second session was conducted by HB Thapa on organizational development and the role of staff in obtaining the goals and service delivery.

The other central staff and internal auditors including Nep Bahadur Chaudhary, Puran Adhikari, Kalidas Chaudhary, Nirmal Chaudhary, Sushila Giri, Subir Chaudhary also presented their respective subjects related to microfinance operation management in the two-day training.

On the second day of training the representative of Met Life Insurance also presented his Met life-related presentations to inform the staff about how loan insurances are being made and repayments made.

Then, a few marketing assistants spoke about the two days of learning which was followed by CEO Shogat Bir Chaudhary's concluding remarks for the staff in which he stressed the need to do the duties and responsibilities in the field by adapting new strategies in the emerging challenges posed by few people who are trying to speak against the welfare of microfinance companies.
